Community/charity event
At work we are looking into a Community/Charity event where we as a Department all help with a project of some kind i.e. Retirement Home, Hospice or similar that is in need of a garden renovation, or redecorating etc.
If you have any ideas or know of any such places that could do with our help, please can you let me know? There are over 50 of us!

Can you get in touch with me through my profile. There is something in the pipeline and this could fit in very well. I am on leave until 28th July and Mrs Sloop has banned phones but allowed to monitor emails as long as I don't actually work. So may not get a reply until next week but I will be able to outline the background to this very vague response.

It is. They are still getting up and running and need lots of help. And it is run by some wonderful people. It is their energy and character that helps to make it such a special place.

I wondered what they were doing there - I've got an allotment almost next to them. They're doing a great job. I think we might be too many for that project but maybe 25 of us could do that and another 25 could do another project - any more ideas???
