Mardell's and Surelet

Despite economic woes, it's good to see new shopfronts in town. Mardell's in Ware Road, where Pearce's used to be, is an eatery/sandwich bar. Surelet meanwhile have taken a unit in the Marquee Centre above Prontaprint. Good luck to them both.

Another place to get a sandwich, wow, we really need that in hertford? what does Surelet do?
