Is the Police Helicopter used each time? No wonder it costs so much on our community charge...

What has the police helicopter got to do with it?
There's no mention of it in the report you're referring to.
For those that haven't seen this item in The Mercury, it's about the fact that Police gave up of 2600 cases after initial investigation in 2007-8.
