If you or someone you know has lost a scottie dog (dark brindle in colour) in the region of the roundabout junction leading to North Road and the A414 Hertingfordbury Road please note that it had been taken to the police station. The dog is wearing a collar and disc, but unfortunately the telephone number has worn away. The number starts with 077 and then fades. The finder is a customer and he would be pleased to know that the dog has been claimed.
