Meads Car Park holes
Does anyone know who owns the car park on the Meads at the end of Merchant Drive? It's used by dog walkers and football alike, and the surface seems to be pretty grotty. In fact one of the potholes could do serious damage to a car. Is it EHDC's?

Cars will have trouble getting there these days. They would have to get past the multitude of obstacles, cones, works entrances, builders cars, hoardings and 45 foot trailers down Mead Lane. No mean feat these days... [;)]
