Similarly, John Hudson in Bull Plain (?) opposite the Hertford Museum is good and they even offer NHS treatment (whether that's for new customers I'm afraid I don't know)....

I have a real fear of dentists and after trying a few in Hertford decided they weren't for me. I use Mr Shenton in Buntingford. He is great for people with a fear and I found him much more understanding. When I went to the one in Ware Road, I was told a grown woman to have a fear of dentists was ridiculas.

If anyone can recommend a dentist that is good with children, I would be grateful. My toddler needs to see a dentist for the first time. I don't want to go to Hudsons in Ware road, even though it would be my nearest. Thanks

No just need to get them checked as I haven't been to one for about 2 years!

The problem about check-ups at Dentists nowadays is that they are (with some practices at least) effectively the equivalent of a builder's estimate..... And worse, you have to pay for them – how many other trades would get away with that?[:(!]

The filter has kicked in to asterisk out words of a sensitive nature. Unfortunately in this case the combination of letters is in a name.

Does anyone have any experience, good or bad, of the dental practices at Queen Anne House (2a St Andrew St) or the new team at Hertford Dental Care (195 Ware Road)? I'd rather get on the list of a practice recommended by someone. Thanks!
