Bengeo Water Tower
Forgive me, probably been asked before, but...
is there any water in the Bengeo Water Tower now, and, if not, where does the H2O come from in Hertford? Is there a secret pump to get it up Port Hill?

There are two pumping stations I can think of at Molewood and Hartham

It should be clear so we can all see how much water there is in it. Is the water level inside static, or does it drop when a couple of Bengeonians run a bath at the same time?

I was told by Three Valleys, when they tested the water from my tap, it comes from Tonwell! it travels well!

Judging by the number of water vans that go in to it I would be very surprised if there was no water in it, and very disappointed to as it is nearly in my back garden.
I have grown up with it there don't spoil it now and say it is empty [:(]
Dad used to go firewatching there when he was in the Home Guard!
