Hot Air Balloon
A hot air balloon slowly descended over Hertford 10 minutes ago. I guess it must have made it to hartham Common or the Meads.

Earlier this week (about 7p.m.) there was one in a field right next to the A414 just west of Hertingfordbury.

Harthams a good place to come down - easy access public land. Meads not so good.
The commercial balloon operators will be trying to make the most of the decent weather for early evening flying before the clocks change and its dark too soon.

Yes, it looked lovely. I was in Warren Place (not with warren peace) at the time, watching it descend over toward Hartham.
