My boy is starting at Bury Rangers this weekend. Ive heard its a good, well run club. Any views ? - Why is it Bury ?

Bury Rangers was originally Hertingfordbury Rangers until they moved out of Hertingfordbury. I don't think it has any link with Bury other than the name and a sponsored walk from Hertford to Bury to raise funds for the proposed new club house.

Keep an eye out for HATO Jnr, he's in the U6's and loves it..

.....and my two are U10s and U7s. It's a lovely club with social events like christmas parties, etc for the boys and even parents social things too. Very true about the Hartham wind tunnel effect - take lots of coats and a hip flask !
