the long road to wembley glory starts this saturday with a home tie against cogenhoe utd...its only 12 rounds until that magic day in may..come on you blues!!

Must agree wholeheartedly there tsr, Cogenhoe have a really good recent record in the league, cup and vase and will provide stern opposition. Hopefully the Blues with Cooper back in the fold will book a place in the next round (contrary to the thoughts of a bloke I was talking to tonight who seemed to be a bit of an expert on the history of Cogenhoe Utd. and suggested they would overwhelm Hertford tomorrow).

Looking at the pictures on the Hertford town website it looked like they had a good crowd down there. Things are looking up.

Following a quite ridiculous 4 - 4 draw at Tring Athletic, Hertford have a home replay in the FA Cup Preliminary round on Tuesday (K.O. 7.45PM). I can't promise goals but the first game result suggests there may be some. All welcome.

cup day saturday...could be a big afternoon for the blues

Would be great to see a big crowd down there. With the prize money on offer for the early rounds of the FA cup these days it would be fantastic to go as far as we can. Come on Hertfordians - get down there!!

I believe so - the FA cup has priority over league games.

I'm still predicting a legendary Hertford vs Ware encounter in the FA Cup First Round! :P

3-1 defeat. I think that means Hertford drop into the UEFA Cup.
