Behind the sea cadet hut, lots of trees have been cut back by the old bus depot. Anybody know whats going on and why? My guess is housing.

I think you mean the old TXU site. Planning permission for 130 flats was granted a couple of years ago. And I wonder what's planned for the old gasworks? You could fit in another 200 there as well once it's been declared safe. As far as I'm aware there is no strategy with regard to land off Mead Lane.
