Our laptop keeps shutting down - can anyone recommend a good laptop repairer? I do recall recent postings about this but I can't find it [:(] Thanks.

Willow, try Simple Networking Solutions 07753 995391, local and will come to you, very reasonable prices and excellent service. They do my website and fix any probelms I have had, including my printer and laptop.

I have used SNS and the guy is absolutely fantastic - I can't remember receiving such good service from any company in living memory! He went out of his way (and I can't see how he actually made a profit) to mend my fairly elderly laptop and did a brilliant job. I can't recommend them highly enough, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Another strong recommendation for SNS. Chris Hawkins responded quickly to the death of a PC, and brought it back to life very promptly. Excellent service, doesn't blind you with science, and high integrity. Will definitely use him again.

I can thoughly recommend I.T.S in Bengeo Street, debugged and upgraded, I felt like a new computer!!!! also sells inks, copier paper and gives good advice - for free!

Laptop making stupid beeping sounds (probably the finger identification button jamming) & we can't get hold of Chris Hawkins despite riniging/emailing. Is he still working in this field? Thanks
