The Glass House
is this the first venue to suffer at the hands of receiving a zero star rating from the council? walked past their yesterday looked like it is having a complete refit and wanting new staff? has it changed hands? says in window under new management. it sounds like its going to become a bar from the name "The Lounge"? I liked the glass house would be disappointed if it disappears.

Rose's and Barney's probably take most of the trade as better positioned in town.

I work under the Glasshouse & will investigate for you. I think it will still be a Cafe tho.....

In reply to thefair1973, The Vaults offers everything from body stress release & pilates to chiropractic & hypnotherapy as well as hairdressing & beauty as mentioned by Shaun.
As for the 'Glasshouse' (which I think may have suffered from the councils zero rating) - now The Lounge, it has been freshened up in there but I don't think there have been too many changes to the menu.
The smell of bacon sarnies still makes me hungry on the way into work of a morning!
