Fallen Tree on the Warren, Hartham Common
The track down the Warren has been blocked by a fallen tree since at least the 31 March. Is this an EHDC rsponsibility to clear?

I think this refers to the "upper" path that runs parallel to the main tarmac path from St. Leonards to the tennis courts. The tree referred to was certainly there a few days ago. There was another, larger, tree which fell across the main path and that was chainsawed up pretty quickly.

I refer to the main tarmaced and lit path from Port Hill at Warren Lodge down to the bridge over the River Beane by the tennis courts

Sorry, crossed wires, I haven't walked the bit you referred to, so have no reason to doubt you...........but, there IS a fallen tree still blocking the unmade upper path[:)]
