Has anyone else seen the huge banners on Tesco's fence and on the Richard Hale roundabout? Sorry I havn't got a pic, it says "Gina Clements will you marry me? Ray"

There's one in Bengeo too. Brings to life the old saying, "You can't make someone love you, but you can stalk them until you wear them down." My only hope is that Gina actually knows somebody called Ray. If so, please say "yes" or release the poor guy from his suspense gently. If not, call the police. He he.

I smiled whilst stuck in traffic queue in Bengeo Street when I saw the Banner on the Working Men's Club fencing.. That will soon be gone, they'll moan its not in keeping with their membership!!!!

Fools! Marriage can wait, 2 out of 3 fail anyway. Travel the world. Climb the highest mountains, fly crop dusters in America, dive the deepest oceans or shallow blue seas and marvel at marine life, work as a deck hand on crab trawlers in the Bering Sea (the most dangerous location to fish in the world), volunteer to drive relief convoys to war torn parts of the world, with bullets whizzing through your cab. Be a war photographer or if you prefer a paparazzi. Race cars, love like there's no tomorrow, sing loudly in Japanese Karaoke bars, then at 65 marry for the sake of conversation and memories. [:D]

I noticed the Bengeo Club banner was screwed up and draped in a somewhat bedraggled way over their fence on Sunday. It would be nice if it was taken away now that its purpose is served:-)
