Sad news I am afraid but hope will settle someones mind. I was travelling home tonight (morning of thursday 3rd June) at about 0040hrs. I came from the direction of the county hospital and turned onto the A414 at the roundabout between the 2 petrol stations. I unfortunately found a cat in the road. The cat was sadly dead but had not been there long. Cat was Black but did not have collar. It was dark but cat looked too healthy to be a stray. I moved the cat out of road to the pavement. Police not had any calls about this and as no collar no tag. If you know of someone that has lost cat around that area (May have been crossing over back to riversmeet) please let them know. I have lost a cat in the past and worst bit was not knowing what happened to him.
