Building work on Cowbridge
When building started on the new houses next to the old YMCA building, they seemed to remove the inside of the YMCA building and put supports in . I assumed this meant that they planned to keep the facade/outside of the building (were they forced to? Is it listed?).
Now I notice that the chimney and part of the wall on the left have started to disappear.
Does this mean the house will go? Are they allowed to do this? Or will it be rebuilt?
Does anyone know?

The chimney colapsed and fell on a worker ! This is possibly why it is now missing ?

I think it's a shame if that building is demolished.
Just noticed the "housing section" where this should be. Sorry Admin, feel free to move it.
