Recycling for flats and apartments
As I live in a maisonette, I still have to take my recycling bits to the Focus/Matalan car park.
I rang EHDC today and asked them for a recyling box to store our paper, cans and bottles and was told that it is going to be happenning soon for flats in Hertford by using blue bins in communal storage areas.
Anyone else aware of this?

Well yes If I may add to this thread. My Uncle lives in London and his local authority have black wheelie bins for domestic rubbish and brown ones for the garden variety. So black & brown as two other colours.
