East Herts 7th best place to live
According to research for Halifax Home Insurance, East Herts comes 7th in Britain in the list of top local authority areas to live in. 1st was Elmbridge in Surrey.
Criteria includes: longevity, house prices, income, weather, traffic, employment, crime, education, health.

East Herts came a similar position in that prog that C4 did last summer did it not? Cant remember the name but it had that God awful Alsopp woman who always wears red...
