Old Cross Crane
Can anyone please explain how they got the concrete balancing weights onto the crane hovering over Old Cross? Cheers.

Don't think so. The crane in Mill Road was manned during the thunder and lightning this afternoon. I would guess that Health and Safety regulations dictate that they are not connected to "ground"

They have to get out in high winds though - which often accompany lightning
