Mill Mead school has an evening yoga class with Ellie. Not sure what night - it's on the notice board by the school entrance.

I go to the Pilates classes at http://www.ashtanga-yoga.co.uk/ and find the classes excellent. My better half attends the Yoga there and similarly finds the classes incredibly beneficial.

i teach adults on wednesdays at 6pm at the hertford yoga and pilates studio. there are other classes there too. i also teach children yoga at the same place on a saturday at 3pm.

My 2 girls went along to Mel's yoga class for children at 3pm on Saturday. I can throughly recommend it to anyone with little ones. They do something called Yogabugs which is where they do the yoga through telling a story. The session I tried with my children they went through the jungle and were being elephants and lions and tigers etc. The yoga postures are done within the story in a context which makes sense to children. If your kids are getting a bit hyped up by 3pm Saturday this should calm them down and you can have half an hour to pop into the town. The class is for 7 and under I think, I'm sure Mel will confirm that on here.

My Daughter would like to go to Yoga classes, she is 13 years old, would she be able to join in with the childrens class on a Saturday afternoon? How much is membership and where abouts are the classes held exactly? She attends dance classes and the teacher has informed the students that Yoga will help them in the dance routines, other parents may be interested to know this information also.

your daughter could probably attend my beginners adult yoga class in hertford. yogabugs is for the under 7's and then the next course is for 8 - 12 year olds.

Shame she will not be able to attend on Wednesday night she attends Karate lessons on that night, does anybody know of any where else local?

I do also do private lessons but they are quite expensive.
