Pearce's Bakery Ware Road
Since it's demise, it was empty for a while, but now there is a flurry of activity...................
Any takers on it's new tennant?????

Sorry, the thread link posted by F&F was about the Railway Street shop, not the Ware Road shop which is what the original poster was interested in.

Apparently to be re-opened as another bakery.
As for the Railway Street premises everyone is telling me that this is going to be a furniture shop. I am not convinced as it was the administrators of Pearces that started the story that they had sold it to Costa Coffee.

Dunno if this is anything to go on, but the Pearces in Broxbourne just before the station lights has re-opened as another bakers.
