Police are appealing for information and witnesses after an assault in Hertford on Saturday 27th March.
The incident occurred on Parliament Square at 2.15am. It is believed a man was approached by a group of men, one of whom punched him in the face several times, before making off from the area. The victim, a 29 year old man, received slight injuries to his face.
The offender is described as a white man, aged between 20 and 25 years old, 5ft 8ins tall, with a stocky build and medium length dark hair. He was wearing a white round neck t-shirt and a blue ‘v’ neck jumper.
