Police are appealing for information after 15 computers were stolen from Sele School in Herford last month.

The theft took place between 7.30pm and 9.35pm on Tuesday 22nd September. It is believed the burglars gained entry to a classroom at the rear of the school and took the computers, screens and a projector.
PC Ashleigh Olwage, investigating, said: "Burglary is a priority and we deal with these incidents robustly. We are keen to work with schools to ensure they are not targeted by this type of crime and that they have the measures in place in order to prevent such incidents happening."
"We believe there was an evening class taking place at the school at the time the burglary so there may have been people who have been suspicious activity but may not feel it was important to report to police."
Anyone with information should contact the police on 0845 3300 222 quoting crime reference number A1/09/3181.
