Sainsbury's Enquiry Opens

A public enquiry into the proposed new Sainsbury's store in Hartham Lane opens tomorrow.
The enquiry will take place at the council's Wallfields offices and is expected to last up to 8 days.
Documents and evidence will be submitted by a number of organisations, including the both the district and county councils, J.Sainsbury, Tesco and Hertford Civic Society.
Members of the public will be able to attend and listen to proceedings.
