Barry's Meat Van

Does anyone know what has happened to the meat man who used to be in Market Square every Saturday with his lorry? Initially I just thought he was on his summer holidays but I haven't seen him there for a few weeks now and was always my 'go-to' person for decent cuts of meat and sausages.

I would ask Steve who now runs the fish stall he will probably know.

I was told that he has retired. We did have a new butcher since Barry's retirement but he only lasted two weeks!
