I should think they loved having to do it that time in the morning too, especially given the weather conditions. They are having to do more than usual to cover the Christmas excess so it's not surprising they have to start early.

Would you prefer it that no one was prepared to do the job or only did office hours so you had 4 weeks between collections.............then you would boo hoo I am sure!
