Very encouraging that Gascoyne are actually involved (seeing as they own most of that land!). Or maybe they're just trying to push the value up

Why do you think this working group was setup!!!

It's in direct response, and is trying to get the various parties that have interests in those areas to actually work as a team rather than bitching against each other.
