Appears to have been sold off a reduced asking price of £375k according to Fleurets (was £425k initially). Given it's a Punch pub, if the buyer was aware of their rather straitened condition, could have got it for as low as £300k-£325k. Hope is stays as a pub. Any idea if the recent flooding caused cellar damage? It was particularly bad.
