QEII Hospital Urgent Care Centre opening hours

For those who are not aware there is a proposal to change the opening hours of the Urgent Care Centre at the new QEII Hospital. The consultation is running from 14 June to 4 September 2019 and the public engagement document can be found at

Yes - I was in there on Saturday having the end of my finger glued back on and the chap who was doing it mentioned that they were going move any urgent care after 8pm to Lister. He had read in in the paper!

It's actually a 10pm to 6am closure with a little bit of flexibility. The consultation is being carried out by the CCG and last Saturday there were representatives of the Lister present, so it appears communication within the Trust needs to be addressed.
