Sounds great. Have joined the mailing list to keep an eye out.
I haven't tried brewing my own beer yet (apart from a failed attempt at Uni over 15 years ago!) but have been looking at home brewing courses in London and am definitely keen to have another go.
Great idea by the way.

This sounds great. I'm still to get around to putting on my first brew (pretty basic - just one of those tinned syrup style things that I got for Christmas, but you have to start somewhere, right?) but I'm keen to get involved. I'll get on that right away. However, in lieu of a brew I can bring along some smoked goodies from the smokehouse

That would be more than welcome Joby. If you have spare dont forget the food swap too!
Just to be clear - you don't have to submit a beer, and it doesn't necessarily have to be your own. We do try commercial beers too! (And technically it doesnt even have to be beer.. mead has been mentioned!)
