Sloppy's at Old Cross

I have seen new signs being erected today at the old Sugar Hut place, formerly Sloppy Joe's.

I wonder if it will be an American diner type place, same as before?

Or maybe an antique shop which was run by Barry Joyce "BJ Antiques", before it was "Bottles"

Had a peek through the door on Friday, looking good, obviously spending a lot of money hopefully will make a valuable addition to Hertford's restaurant landscape
