Lovely view of the main roads from those properties, well worth the money....

None of them are occupied, suggesting they are struggling to sell them.

I see that some of these houses remain for sale. They will soon have a view of Aldi once the Which buildings are demolished and the supermarket is built. I do wonder if that will make them even harder to sell? I did think when they were constructing them that they would have difficulty selling them, nestled between two roads as they are. I did see that one of them now has a blue plaque on the side, not one of the official ones, looks home made, and says that that this was once the site of a church I believe. Am not sure that is going to make much difference. Still there are other developments which are also still for sale (Railway street for example).

These plaques were put up by Hertford Civic Society and the Town Council. There are 41 of them in total.HertfordEastEnd wrote: ↑Fri 23 Aug, 2019 10:16 pmI did see that one of them now has a blue plaque on the side, not one of the official ones, looks home made, and says that that this was once the site of a church I believe.

That is interesting to know, I haven't seen any of the others. I wonder how much longer it will be until those properties are sold.Steve wrote: ↑Sat 24 Aug, 2019 12:42 amThese plaques were put up by Hertford Civic Society and the Town Council.
