Maybe you could tweet them on behalf of bubbaoshea & ask if they are running trains this evening.

They are, although after 6p.m. they are on a go slow and there is a tree on the line at Knebworth which could then cause problems on the Hertford Loop as they try and run trains up the main line.

I am off to Greater Anglia as think that would be better.

Looks like there is a train at 6pm heading to Hertford North so i'm aiming for that one. Might get myself a bottle of wine and a few mince pies as for the journey as i feel it could be a long one!

I am sitting at my desk in London having got my normal train from Hertford North. Emptier than usual but arrived on time.

I got the 8:20 this morning, arrived two mins late but ran fine. No problems whatsoever.

Glad i made it in as didn't want to miss out on the champagne breakfast and festivites that come with working in the city on Christmas Eve.

Great Anglia to and from Hertford East were cancelled this morning.
