William H Brown - good lettings agent?
We have a property we wish to let out and I would appreciate any feedback from landlords on how they find William H Brown. Or could you recommend a better agent?
I'd also appreciate any feedback from tenants as it's important from both sides.
Many thanks

Re: Bircherley Green Redevelopment
Hertford celebrates the fact it has so many rivers in all of the tourist literature it produces but if you came to Hertford you would be hard pressed to find one - unless you actually ventured over the far side of Hartham or managed to slip down the secret passageway next to Starbucks that only us r...

EE signal problems in Hertford
Is anyone else having problems with EE signals? Just keep getting missed calls but it never rings. The EE shop says there is a problem with County Hall mast but it's been 10 days now and I am beginning to wonder. Thanks

Re: Note to EHDC
It's unbelievably selfish of the drivers but there does not seem to be much interest from the Council. I heard that the plans for yellow lines are now in danger of being scrapped too. I understand that someone from the waste depot had to come to Park Road that day to help them back out of the ...

Re: Simon Balle
Different maths board maybe? Simon Balle definitely sat their exams in year 10 and this may account for their position in the 2014 table. Its just a potential explanation, thats all

Re: Simon Balle
So - if we are talking about university admissions and A levels, then Simon Balle tops both Presdales and Richard Hale with its results and "outstanding" graded Sixth Form. But you are right, its not all about tables in isolation. You also need to pick the school with the ethos that best matches you...

Re: Simon Balle
I think it was because they started the syllabus in year 9 and then they announced changes to the format and syllabus which meant they either had to sit it a year early or start all over again with the new format in year 10. The whole year did it early but I'm not sure if this had an impact on the f...
