I assumme "potential care home" is like "potential hotel"?

Yup was about to post, drove to Hertford North this evening to drop of Mrs N to find ALL trains on the board in both directions cancelled. An announcement talked about staff shortages. Cue mad dash to Hertford East! Must be the train drivers Christmas party or something! They think it will last all ...

It was still off yesterday evening, apparaently they got it back for a few seconds at 10:40am and the clocks resynced before it went again. The staff member I talked to mentioned people digging up the road outside so maybe it was related to the home development?
