Better still, the tenant should set up a bank account and get some interest while she waits - it might be a pitiful amount but it keeps the money separate

A couple of things jump out for me amongst all the usual stuff -

- New secondary school for North Ware
- Caxton Hill to remain an employment site -does that mean the development plans are off?

Just to be clear, Affordable Housing covers shared ownership properties as well as social housing for rent. You usually get a handful of shared ownership properties and most will be up for rent through the council waiting list. They will be managed by a housing association as the council does not ow...

William H Brown - good lettings agent?

We have a property we wish to let out and I would appreciate any feedback from landlords on how they find William H Brown. Or could you recommend a better agent?

I'd also appreciate any feedback from tenants as it's important from both sides.
