Would agree housing looks quite pleasant but wouldn't like to comment about size until the planning application details are there. I do, however, have reservations over vehicular access, esp onto/off Welwyn Rd, clarity on improved pedestrian crossing points for both roads, and cannot see that access...

Didn't go as I had other commitments, and this might be something that already happens, but: Have a display area on the island and offer voluntary and local groups (scouts, cubs, dance, fitness, first aid, etc) 10 min slots to show what they offer to their members.

Perhaps the steep hill he refers to is Marshgate Dr and the drop to the car park on the Meads - but then what would a developer know about the area he is selling! Still this is early days and until they actually put a planning application in there is little one can do other than make your views know...

Reading this I would say yes. http://www.bbc.co.uk/reception/digitalradio/expansion There is a radio section and a postcode checker. Based on my experience with TV I would say 'Good Luck'

Mr recollection of the District Plan (available at https://www.eastherts.gov.uk/mainmodifications) is that the proposal is 'at least 200 homes by 2027' and ' 3000sqm of B1 employment and other employment generating uses'.

Understood. Don't usually use BBC4 HD just BBC4 but have watched HD at intervals for past two days and see no problems. Would however say that for the past couple of years I have seen degrading of the signal from Sandy Heath with the loss of signal on a number of channels. Have taken them to task ov...
