Closing down sale starts this Friday. Best wishes to the owners on their retirement. It'll be very interesting to see what happens to this unusual shaped unit. I can't see the upper floors being traded with that pinch point..

Looks good, and should work well with enhancements to the theatre etc. 10am-5.30pm feels too limited a time, especially the 5.30pm, when there may well be conflict between people and cars. Poundstretcher won't be happy; suspect it's front of house will be even more of a temporary warehouse; no doubt...

Couldn't agree more with your summary. Unfortunately, East Herts needs an approved plan to be able control building and also has to meet the numbers imposed on it by government. A Hertford by-pass is a wish thing by HCC (I don't think elections are due until 2021 so safe there) as it would just att...
