Simon Cove, Director of Kirby Cove Architects, told the Herald: "There's been a lot of adverse publicity about this building of late we are working with the owner Mr Ali, and have for some time been refurbishing the property to continue to be a bar serving food. It will be a modern establishment serving food and whatever youngsters drink nowadays, it's a listed building so everything has to be done sensitively."
