Does anyone have an family recollections from their parents or Grandparents of a family named Lamb?

They were James Lamb and his wife Emma with a son James Frank born 1918 in Yorkshire and daughter Jean who was born 1921 in Villeirs Street so we think they must have come to Hertford around 1920.

Emma left the family and James and his son went to London and Jean was bought up by Sidney Taylor ( the pearly king) and his wife Mabel on Port Hill. Sidney and Mabel were my Gt Uncle and his wife.

I know what happened to James, Frank and Jean in later life but no one seems to know why Emma left or where she went, there could be a connection to The Reindeer on Port Hill but not sure what?

If any one can help with info and wants to PM me please do.
