Two news florists have opened in the town over recent months.

Scarlet Rose took over the premises of Bed of Roses in Parliament Square, whilst Charlottes have moved in to Market Place on the corner of Honey Lane.

A couple of news shops have opened in St.Andrew Street, named Blush and Viva Viva, a designer lighting shop in premises that were formerly a video shop.

News from the town's eateries is that Bagalettes in Bircherley Green have been given planning permission to expand into what was until recently DVD World, whilst Scoff pasties now metamophasises in to Miss Boonpan's noodle bar by night.

Also expanding is the Isabel Hospice charity shop, which has opened for furniture sales in the unit next door to their existing shop.

Meanwhile Freedom Australia have relocated from the Marquee shopping centre to Yeoman's Court opposite Tesco, whilst Spanish Properties have occupied the shop on the corner of Maidenhaed Street and The Wash.

Closures in the town continue, with Just Fabric (Parliament Square), Real Women Love Lingerie (Bircherley Green) and Haarts (Fore Street) all closing their doors.
