The Soup Cycle

Home-made soup served from a bicycle is not something you find in every town centre!

Yet that is what you will find in Hertford from 12-2 every weekday, thanks to an innovative idea from Marcus Conder.

After many years in the computer industry, Marcus decided he wanted a change and came up with the idea of serving soup from a cycle!.

Shoppers and office workers will find Marcus around Salisbury Square every lunchtime selling his soup of the day for £1.50, including varieties such as Tuscan White Bean, Broccoli & Blue Cheese, bacon & lentil and minestrone.

Later in the year he hopes to offer sandwiches, fruit salads and ice cream.
