Continental Market

Stall on French market in HertfordA continental market visits Hertford this coming weekend as Mayor Peter Ruffles turns on the Christmas lights.

The town's Saturday market will be joined by 30 continental stalls in Fore Street, whilst Hoddesdon Sub-Aqua club have an exhibition outside The White Hart. The local fire brigade will also have a 1960s fire engine in Market Street and will be collecting for charity.

On Sunday the continental market will be joined by Hertbeat FM, Welwyn Garden City Brass Band, Father Christmas and Mayor Peter Ruffles, who will turn on the Christmas lights at 4:30pm.
