Hertford Mayor Alan White travels "over the edge"

Five local Rotary Clubs present a Centenary Car Festival in Hertford on Sunday 4th May 2003 from 10am to 6pm.

The event commemorates the 1903 car rally from Pall Mall in London to Hertford, organised by the Automobile Club. The commemorative event features more than 170 vehicles, including both modern and vintage cars.

Following a parade through the town centre, the cars will assemble on Hartham Common, where there will also be children's amusements, refreshments, charity and craft stalls.

Entrance costs £6, with family tickets priced at £15 and concessions at £3. Proceeds go to charity.
