Beer Festival

Hertford's second Beer Festival takes place at Hertford's Castle Hall between Thursday 2nd and Sunday 5th October 2003..

Organised by The Old Cross Tavern in St.Andrews Street, the event features over 75 real ales, including special festival brews, stout, porter and cider, together with English fruit wines. There is also live jazz and folk on both Friday and Saturday evenings.

The Old Cross Tavern was voted South Herts CAMRA Pub of the Year in 1999 & 2000. The event is sponsored by McMullens.

Admission prices range from £2 to £4, depending on the day and time.
