Hertford Castle Fun Day

This year's Hertford Castle Fun Day takes place on Sunday 7th June 2009 from midday to 5:30pm.

To mark the anniversary of the D-Day landings, there is a 1940s theme this year.

The day is Hertford Castle's main event of the year, with the grounds staging children's entertainment, activities, competitions and an extreme mountain bike show.

Other attractions include Punch and Judy, face painting, magic nails, juggling owrkshops, live music and 1940's arena enternatinment.

There will also be a classic bus rally, with period buses running their old routes in and around the town.

Admission is free, with parking nearby in St.Andrew Street car park or any of the town's other car parks.
