London suburban metro consultation

Only noticed this (now closed) consultation because of a story in the Guardian today about commuting into London - it's about TFL taking over various commuter lines into London when the franchises expire. It's not exactly wildly ambitious for the Moorgate / Hertford North line (station deep cleans!?) but if they can increase the frequency of services and reduce some delays it'd be good.

It is amusing reading the praise lavished on the c2c line alongside the article that lead me here in the first place: http://www.theguardian.com/cities/2016/may/09/london-commute-finally-reached-breaking-point-rail-transport-mayor-tfl
