Taxi Drivers Flouting Regulation and Law

A little worrying that so many taxi drivers in Herford appear to regard both licensing and traffic regulations as something that can be disregarded.

Agreed - this is worrying. I know I am generalising here and there will be exceptions but I also have to observe that our local representatives of the taxi driving fraternity are also less than courteous to other drivers and not scrupulously compliant with speed limits. I say "fraternity" as I have yet to be offended or tailgated by a woman driving a taxi.
