Beggar In Fore Street

Surprised to see someone begging outside a shop in Fore Street this afternoon - sitting cross-legged on the pavement with a woollen cap in front of them with a handful of coins.

Steve if he's in Marshall's doorway (or nearby) he's been there for a while - often busking of a night-time and trotting out some sing-along tunes. Seems quite a cheerful guy.

There's a big difference between busking and begging IMHO, not least the fact that the latter is illegal.

And this guy didn't look too cheerful (maybe because someone stole his guitar!).
